Thanks for visiting our shop. You will find a variety of household items and gifts here, mostly with an Eco-focus - things that can be used and reused without costing the planet or emptying your wallet. We use up scraps, repurpose materials and prioritise natural new materials. We love colour and our products are attractive, environmentally friendly and useful. We don’t want to be preachy - just to make things that are a pleasure to use.

My daughter asked me to make cotton scrubbies for her. I experimented with different designs and she loved them. If she loves them, I think you might too!

Full description
A set of eight washable, cotton face wipes with a drawstring net washbag. These scrubbies are great for removing makeup or for applying a face wash and are idea for teenagers, mums or anyone wishing to care for the environment whilst caring for their skin. They can be washed by hand or in the machine. (Dark colours may run at first, so wash them separately) Simply pop your soiled wipes into the net bag, pull the cord tight and then wash the lot in the machine with a coloured wash. Kept safe in the bag, they won’t get lost in the machine.
If you’re keen to save money and protect the environment, these are a great addition to your beauty regime. You will no longer need to buy cotton wool, puffs or similar items.
The scrubbies measure approximately 8cm in diameter and are crocheted in soft, cotton yarn. I also make fabric baskets in two sizes to store your scrubbies or your cosmetics.
The price here is just for the scrubbies and net bag. The baskets are listed separately.
If you buy more than one item from us we will aim to combine postage costs where we can.
