I love this little design; it turned out even better than I was hoping.
My inspiration was forest floors and meadows however when I look at it I get a fairytail feel as though little pixies are hidding amongst the toadstools. Toadstools are often associated with toadstool and mushrooms as they can create fairy rings.
This is a great box for kids and adults alike whether you're a fan of garden fairies or nature in general; perfect little trinket box for all.

Full description
Sweet little wooden box featuring a hand drawn design burnt into the wood using traditional methods of Pyrography. On the lid is a scene of mushrooms & red toadstools surrounded by grass. The white dots on the toadstools are slightly raised. Around the edge of the box are smaller toadstools and dragonflies. All hand painted.
Measures approx 14.5cm length and 7.8cm width, with a height of 5cm. It has a hinged lid with a metal shutter clasp in a tone of antique gold. This light weight small box is perfect for trinkets or jewellery.
