Full description
A set of two fused glass coasters in bright colours. Each coaster has a design of contrasting squares upon squares using the colours of a rainbow.
The squares are either layers of orange, yellow and red, or layers of green, violet and blue.
The pattern is both contemporary and a little bit 1970s and very colourful.
Each coaster is a 10cm by 10cm square and has 4 rubber stoppers underneath to prevent slips and also protect both the coaster and your furniture from scratches.
Each coaster is handmade. The squares are all hand cut, so each piece is individual (and not always an exact square!). Once the different pieces of glass are layered on top of each other they are then heated in a kiln to nearly 800 degrees Celsius to fully fuse all the pieces together and give a smooth finish.
They come in a recycled, recyclable, cardboard box so are easy to wrap if given as a gift.
