Having taught ceramics for many years to high school pupils, our artist Jennie decided it was something she would like to explore in her own jewellery design. She purchased an electric kiln earlier in the year and has enjoyed developing some new ideas. She is inspired by the colours and textures that can be achieved in porcelain and how these can be used alongside silver smithing techniques.
