Hello! My shop is looking a little depleted because I will be in Brittany for a couple of months from the 9th of July. Due to the new customs rules I can't take my finished artwork or wools with me, but I will, however, be able to take pet portrait commissions for delivery in October, November and December. So if you would like a life-like, lasting memento of your pet, please contact me.
Fly Agaric toadstools are one of the most iconic fungi and I've always been fond of fairies. This sculpture is completely needlefelted and 100% merino wool and natural curly fleece.
I make the base shapes in white merino and when I'm happy with them I cover the surfaces with the dyed merino, assemble them and add curly fleece for the hair.
All of my sculptures are unique designs, individually made.
