Multi-coloured Wooden set of three Block Candle Holders
Love this

Handmade from solid Pine Wood this multi-coloured wooden set of three candle holders has been upcycled from reclaimed wood. These tea light holders make a fantastic table top eye catcher. A perfect present for a number of occasions such as a housewarming present or a gift for teacher.

All of the candle holders are approximately 5 cm x 5 cm square, with the heights being approximately 7cm, approximately 5 cm tall and approximately 2.5 cm tall.

Standard tea lights fit this product.

All items to the UK mainland are shipped free of charge, by 1st Class Royal Mail.

I am a firm believer in upcycling using reclaimed wood whenever possible. I often recycle the packaging I send out my items in.

The candle holders were cut and shaped from a piece of wood before being painted with black paint, then blue, pink and green irridescent paints were applied. Each colour started out life as a single droplet of paint and then an airbrush was used to blow and spread out the paint to create the pattern that you see. It is impossible to recreate the exact pattern due to the unique way in which the patterns are formed. The candle holders have been finished with several coats of Lacquer to enhance the colours whilst also protecting the items. They are fitted with brass candle holders, as recommended by Trading Standards. Each holder has plastic buffers fitted to its base.

Tea lights are not included. Always take care when using candles. Never leave them unattended.

I love candle holders. Staring at the flame is just so relaxing. They create such a lovely , calming, warming atmosphere.

The earliest candlestick discovered, is a clay candleholder dating back to 400BC. It is believed that the candle itself was made as early as 3000BC by the Ancient Egyptians, who used beeswax to light their way in the dark.
