My inspiration for this range was to make striking artwork with bold Gouache backgrounds.
The Tiger was initially an experiment with the contrast of colours but I loved how it came out so decided to make the full set.
With the Antelope (Kudu) I knew I wanted the horns to be the most striking element but when playing around with colour, I decided to add some of the hues I could already see in the animal as block colour. This has given a look that is both playful and striking.
When creating the Giraffe I wanted to keep the purple and blue hues in as shading as I feel it brings even more personality to the animal.
In the Zebra, I tried to incorporate the background colour in the shading of the animal, which I think adds to the bold effect.
With the Ostrich as my final piece, I knew the animal was striking to look at, which is why I went with the red-orange background as I feel it shows the power and beauty of the animal.

Enjoy your own choice of two African Animal prints. These are perfect for wildlife lovers and excellent as wall decor in all rooms of the house, brightening up any area with their vibrant mix of colours.
Together, the powerful gouache and watercolour paints offer an enticing effect which is heightened when they are placed alongside their accompanying animal.
Sizes: A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 - Please message me with any custom size requests, I can accommodate almost anything!
Available as both a poster and a Giclee print. Giclee printing involves precision replication of an original piece of artwork. In comparison with a poster, the Giclee print gives richer colours, higher detail and is also archival, lasting up to 80 years when displayed in an archival frame! The poster is suitable for any setting and is ideal for the working home.
Posters are printed on Matt Premium 210 gsm (grams per square metre) paper, Giclee's are printed on Hahnemühle Bamboo 290 gsm archival paper.
All prints are printed to order and will arrive direct from my printer based in London.
Order before 5pm for despatch on the next business day. All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. All posters will arrive in a heavy duty cardboard tube. A5 - A3 Giclee's will arrive flat with a cardboard backing to avoid damage during transit, A2 and bigger will arrive in a heavy duty cardboard tube.
