I am busy creating lots of lovely new pieces and hope to be able to restock fully in the Spring.
Eco & Zero Waste Pledge
My collections create purposeful items, including many that replace single use alternatives.
Where possible I endeavour to reduce my impact on our fragile planet.
When choosing materials I seek to:
- use recycled fabrics
- pad products with wadding that is 100% recycled plastic bottles
- upcycling discontinued fabric sample books to reduce landfill
- source Eco-friendly haberdashery resources where possible
I work towards Zero Waste by:
- using fabric offcuts & scraps to create new fabrics
- using Eco-friendly and recycled packaging
Living on the North Coast of Cornwall I am inspired by the beaches and sunsets I am lucky enough to enjoy on a regular basis. This wall hanging is my interpretation of many a scene on my favourite beach as the sun goes down. I love working with batik fabrics, the colours and patterns are so vibrant the lend themselves perfectly to the designs I am inspired to create.
