This card names the date of the Blaydon Races from the lyrics of Geordie Ridley, about “Gannin' alang the Scotswood Road, to see the Blaydon Races”

It would be a great choice for your running or geordie jogging friends as a Birthday card or for messages of motivation or congratulations on completing a race.

They are original lino prints on recycled card, paper or fabric. The colour blends may vary because of the nature of the process. Everyone is slightly different because they are all handmade and absolutely original! I usually print in sets of 6 – 12 and if they sell well I print again but because I use recycled materials they run out and I choose something different.

The Cards
The cards are blank inside and they are brown made from 280 gsm card and the envelopes are made from 120 gsm paper. You can find my contact details on the back of each one with links to Folksy, Instagram and Facebook.
If you would like me to dedicate the card I can write a message or a name on the front of the card in pencil, contact me with any requests.
My cards are recycled and measure 5 by 7 Inches.

Packaging & Posting
I will use recycled packaging when I can and I will avoid using plastic. All of the cards are in stock and I usually post every day. If you are local and I can drop off I will refund postage in cash.

My son loves to run in the Blaydon Race it is a is a historical and iconic race taking part in Newcastle every year. I always ask him when it is and he says " Mam man it's in the song, how can you not know when it is?"
