Full description
I’ve made this to hang in the garden but it would be equally as nice hanging in your window. A friend suggested making them in rainbow colours would be very apt at the moment, which I agree with so here they are.
Each piece of glass has been hand cut, ground, foiled and soldered before being washed and polished. I have attached an edging of twisted wire so this not be effected by the weather.
The glass used from top to bottom is as follows red granite back glass, orange rough rolled glass, yellow corella glass, green sea glass, blue rough rolled glass, dark purple cathedral glass and mauve sahara glass.
The suncatcher measures 27cms x 5cms including the wire edging.
