Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A greetings card with the simple message 'on your engagement'. The glass tile has a heart hand painted on it. The heart is coloured using a red opal glass powder and silver shimmer mica powder which melt together when they are kiln fired so each one will be different.
Every card is individually handmade. The fused glass beads are made and kiln fired by us. We do not use prints, each card is drawn and lettered by hand. This means that the exact product may vary slightly from the photos but will be of equal quality - and makes each card unique to the recipient!
Card is premium 6" x 6" white 300gsm with a white envelope. All our cards are blank inside. We support the Naked Cards campaign so do not use cellophane wrappers but your card will be send snuggly in a card backed envelope to protect it.
