Christmas Orders & Black Friday
A little note for Christmas shoppers and to let my lovely customers know that I won't be participating in Black Friday this year, or offering a Black Friday discount.
I'm a small, independent maker. Every piece of glass is made to order, so I don't have huge quantities sitting here ready to ship in a sale just before Christmas, and handmade takes a little longer.
Rather than waiting until the end of November to see if prices are reduced, ordering early is the safest way to make sure I have time to make it for you and to get your order on its way before the Christmas post deadlines.
Thank you so much for choosing handmade and supporting my small business this Christmas. Every order really does mean a lot.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

SHIPPING COST - I can only set one shipping fee on a listing, so I set it as if someone has ordered a set. If you order individual pieces and I can fit them into a Large Letter instead of a Small Parcel sized package I will refund the extra postage you have paid.
These round glass hanging decorations feature a gold-coloured snowflake decal fused into the glass. Handmade in the UK, from high-quality, fully tested and compatible art glass, fused in a kiln.
The smaller disc measures approximately 4 x 4 cm, and the larger disc approximately 5.5 x 5.5 cm. Choose Pale Blue, Turquoise, Dark Blue or White, available individually or in a set of 3.
If you would like a particular combination of colours and sizes, please add your preferences to the order notes or send me a message after placing your order.
Each decoration is made to order, so slight variations from the photographs are to be expected. If you would like to see a photo of the finished piece, I'll be happy to send one before shipping - just ask in a message.
Your order will usually be ready to ship within 3-4 working days, but please allow up to one week for processing.
