Many years ago an elderly neighbour gifted me her collection of embroidery silks and haberdashery. Most of it was in vintage boxes and tins (a collection in themselves) and included were a variety of beautiful buttons.
One of these buttons was a moulded rose very reminiscent of the beautiful designs of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. So when I found this gorgeous blue cotton fabric I thought it would be perfect for the rose button.
I love the finished combination and I hope you do too.

Inspired by the rose designs of Charles Rennie Mackintosh this beautiful bag is in a sophisticated pallet of blue and cream.
It also features a vintage button in the shape of a rose.
Made from 100% cotton and with a pale blue cotton lining this bag is sure to be a head turner.
