Giving someone a factory printed shop bought card is ok in an emergency when you have no time to get a beautiful handmade card, but your friends and family do prefer being given a beautiful 3D luxury hand-crafted card that they will keep forever as a keepsake.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a lovely and unique luxury 3D greeting card for someone who loves topiary!
Perfect for every special person in your life, to send your birthday wishes. The design is a 3D topiary tree which has been trimmed into two love hearts, with trees made from gemstones in matching colours, and a matching pink ribbon bow. The 3D greeting is foiled in pink.
Size: 6" x 6"
The card is currently blank on the inside but a personalised insert can be printed. If you would like a personalised insert printed please contact me to discuss your requirements. There would also be plenty of room for you to write your own special message.
This card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card, and it is packaged in a free protective cellophane bag to keep it fresh and clean.
