A 30cm diameter wreath base.

Toy stuffing.
4 cake pop sticks (or cylindrical lollipop sticks).
Felt in a few colours.
A hole punch.

A tapestry needle and a sharp sewing needle.
For the Snowman Cake Pop, a little black yarn or embroidery thread and orange yarn, embroidery thread or felt.
