I love the unexpected colours that are brought out by the oxidisation if the copper foil as it is sealed in the glass, the lilac hearts have a delicate feel that is perfectly finished with the deep pink.

This unique window or garden hanging features 4 hearts. 3 pale lilac hearts along with a single copper foil hand cut accent at the bottom.
Measuring 20cm by 6.5cm including the weatherproof copper wire hook.
Perfect to give as a gift or as a finishing touch to your home.
All of the glass is cut by hand, as this is handcrafted no two pieces are identical and will contain small air bubbles. The copper foil oxidises when the glass starts to melt into shape giving a deep pink to dark red to green colour. Because this is part of the firing process there is no control over how this develops.
