I love the way the copper oxidises and the colour can not be controlled, the pale pink powdered glass gives it a delicate edge.

This unique window or garden hanging features 5 hearts. 3 are copper foil hand cut shapes that are interspaced with 2 pale pink powered glass.
Measuring 22cm by 6cm including the weatherproof copper wire hook.
Perfect to give as a gift or as a finishing touch to your home.
All of the glass is cut by hand, as this is handcrafted no two pieces are identical and will contain small air bubbles. The copper foil oxidises when the glass starts to melt into shape giving a deep pink to dark red to green colour. Because this is part of the firing process there is no control over how this develops.
