Full description
Mackintosh brooch handmade in silver pewter with a beautiful red garnet cabochon, rose design. Inspired by the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, I have made this pewter brooch by hand in the Arts and Crafts tradition. Although it is strikingly large, it is light in weight as the sheet pewter has been mounted on an aluminium base. Set with a beautiful genuine garnet cabochon, it measures 45mm across and will be sent to you wrapped in tissue in an organza bag. 30mm pin with safety catch on the reverse.
