Full description

Handmade silver pewter brooch depicting a large hare and a small hare gazing up at a moon of genuine Swarovski pearl glass. Inspired by the myth of the moon gazing hare combined with the sentiments "I love you to the moon and back" made popular through a well-loved children's book.

The round brooch measures 37mm and has a 30mm pin with safety catch on the reverse. It will be sent to you gift wrapped in tissue in an organza bag by first class post for a last minute gift for Easter, a birthday or 10th Wedding Anniversary.

This brooch has been individually made by hand, not cast in a mold. No two of my items are the same, each is unique.

Designed by Christine Ensell in Wimbledon, South London
