Full description
These quirky circle studs are made from aluminium which I have dyed and printed with a mid century style burgundy star design. I seal in the dye which makes the colour a permanent part of the metal and the saw out the circle shape by hand, finally doming it inwards a little so that they catch the light when worn. Aluminium can't be soldered so the circle is fed on to a sterling silver post which when worn holds the circle in place on the earlobe by pressure from the butterfly behind.
The circle measures approximately 10mm across.
