The "Quirky" board was my husbands answer to my "Why are all cutting boards either round or rectangular" question?. I have found the smaller board ideal for preparing garlic, as it keeps the taint from my larger bread board. Also with the summer upon us, cutting lemons for my Gin and Tonic was ideal on this size board. It can also be a cheese platter for one giving adequate room for the cheese and biscuits.
