All masks are made to order. Due to current high demand, items could take up to 7 days to ship. However I will endeavour to ship items as soon a physically possible. Therefore your order could ship sooner.
I was originally approached by a family member who has a chiropractic clinic as she was in need of reusable masks for her staff. I took on the challenge to research and develop prototypes for her to test run for comfort and durability, as both her and her staff would need to wear them all day whilst treating patients. After many experiments I settled on two different designs. One for her clinic and one for me to put into production for use in everyday environment. The latter are on sale here.
I use adjustable elasticated head straps which combine the comfort of head ties and the security of elastic. They avoid the uncomfortable rubbing and pulling that elastic ear loops can create.
My masks are re-usable and have reclaimed copper wire nose wires. I have made an effort to source unusual, bold prints
My face masks have been designed and created not only with comfort in mind but also style with some lightheartedness to boot!

All masks are non-medical
This listing is for my custom made-to-order RAF roundel face masks.
The RAF roundel has been created from scratch using applique and is not a mass produced sew on patch.
Masks are made using quality polycotton to the highest standards and consist of 3 layers - 1x Polycotton outer, 1x medium weight non-woven interfacing and one polycotton lining. Mask also feature a nose wire for a good snug fit and adjustable head straps for maximum comfort.
When ordering mask please use the drop down menu to select mask size, roundel size and base fabric colour.
All masks are available in the following sizes:
Small - Petite Women - 14cm upper point to under chin
Medium - Woman or petite Man - 16cm "
Large - Unisex - 18cm "
Roundel Size:
Small - 6cm diameter
Meduim - 8cm diameter
Large - 10cm diameter ( please be aware that this size will appear cropped if ordered on a size small mask)
Base Fabric :Teal Blue, Khaki, Black, White

Care Instructions -
All masks can be machine washed at 30 degrees. Ironing on a low steam setting will not only help sanitise your mask but also keep it fresh and crisp.
