During "lockdown" I have been doing a lot of on lead walking with my dogs - and as I am blessed to live in the countryside, I get to walk the lanes around home where the hedgerows have been bursting out in colour. Apart from a good walk in fresh air does a spirit well (every time), it is inspiring to be able to enjoy our countryside and see it change almost daily.
