This handcrafted, sterling silver ring is 8mm wide and holds three little spinner bands which could be plain silver, hold a little ball, or shape or 3mm gemstone cabochons.

The three seperate little spinner bands are held within a larger band. Which is fluted out at each end to keep the spinners secure.
These tactile rings are sometimes called spinner rings, fidget rings, meditation rings or worry rings. They are believed to have their roots in ancient tibetan meditation techniques, and are perfect for people like me who like to fiddle with their jewellery.
