These tactile rings are sometimes called spinner rings, fidget rings, meditation rings or worry rings. They are believed to have their roots in ancient tibetan meditation techniques, and are perfect for people like me who like to fiddle with their jewellery. Who needs a fidget spinner with one of these on your finger?
Please choose your required ring size, if you need any help/advice on sizing, check out my blog- https://www.beckypearcedesigns.co.uk/blog/2017/5/29/how-to-measure-your-ring-size
