A cat themed tote bag with delightful feline characters on both the front and rear of the bag although they are different, see photos. The foundation of the bag is in cream calico and machine stitched as are the shoulder straps and yokes (tops) giving them strength. Top stitching gives extra detail to the yokes and straps, which are in a blue paw print design. Two of the windows on each side of the bag are embroidered with a kitten and fishbowl and hand stitched into position as are the rest. Inside is a matching partially lined patch pocket with a smaller version of the cathedral windows design with a button fastening. To the side of the pocket is a key clasp attached with a lilac ribbon. The yoke is lined with the same fabric as the straps. Whilst I do take care making the bags, they are homemade and not perfect so this is reflected in the price. Each bag is unique as I never make two bags exactly the same. The bag is 12” wide, 25.5” long inc straps (15.25” without). Each strap measures 29.5”. It’s possible to wash the bag but please be aware that some shrinkage may occur. Wash on a cool, gentle cycle, dry flat and iron whilst damp. Please don’t tumble dry.
