A lot of the glass I find on the beach is not appropriate for jewellery making but is still lovely, characterful glass. The piece on the end of the longest string here has letters visible and is textured to one side. Where did it come from?

A driftwood and sea glass sun catcher to hang in your garden or against a window indoors. The driftwood was collected from the North Sea on a local beach and has been bleached at home. I collect the sea glass on regular dog walks on this beach. This sun catcher has three strands made of chain and a chain hanger. The strands are 40, 38 and 46 cm in length. The glass are different colours, shapes and sizes and so will reflect light in many different ways and each item will be unique in its effects, even if it follows a similar pattern. The length of the wood mount is 34cm. The prototype to this has been hanging in my son's garden in USA for some 8 months to now, experiencing temperatures below freezing up to 34 centigrade.
The is will be sent out as a Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel.
