Having some spare pallet wood left over from other projects I made one for a family member. It inspired me to see if I could paint other stadiums.

An ideal gift for that fanatical ‘Reds’ supporting family member/friend.
A painting of Oakwell is accompanied with the following text : OAKWELL MY THEATRE OF DREAMS IT’S LIKE WATCHING BRAZIL
Acrylic paints have been used and then to preserve the image it has been covered with a coat of varnish. The wood was only lightly sanded prior to painting to give an ‘aged’ look/feel.
The item measures twelve inches in diameter and is three quarters of an inch thick. A piece of rope has been attached for display purposes.
