Dimensions

Spiral approx. 8mm although this varies from piece to piece.
Width of band 2-3mm.

This ring is made up of a two strand plaited ring influenced by early Celtic jewellery which features a spiral as a centre, the celtic spiral is a common feature in many celtic rings. As a piece of simple and elegant design it works nicely for those who don't like to sport larger stone set jewellery and its usual stylised form makes it a wonderful talking piece.

Packaging

The boxes we use are 100% recycled card and recyclable and the stamp used is sourced from a carbon positive initiative. The boxes are also made and delivered to us flat packed from a UK based company reducing the Co2 emissions.

The postage padded envelopes are biodegradable and we have in place a tree planting partnership with Just One Tree to not only offset but counteract the pollution of delivery. We also aim to deliver only within the UK to prevent Co2 emissions from air freight.

Evolving Silver has created this collection in partnership with Folklore Scotland. Folklore Scotland was established in August 2019 in order to create a hub for Scottish Folklore. They aim to reconnect people with their folkloric heritage through utilising multimedia, digital and online resources to make folklore accessible to everyone.

Folklore Scotland is entirely volunteer ran and relies on donations for its upkeep and so with this collaboration 20% of each sale will be donated to Folklore Scotland.
