Knitting pattern for pretty Rose Posy.
I hope you enjoy knitting these pretty rose buds and arranging your display. The many advantages of having knitted flowers, of course, is that you dont have to water them and they stay fresh all year round!
This would make a lovely Valentine's gift or a present for someone special all year round - you might even want to keep them for yourself!
The pattern has instructions for knitting the roses and how to attach them to the stalk and arrange the display.
Materials
Flowers - Double Knitting Yarn
100 gram ball of Rose Pink
Stem, Cup and Sepals - Double Knitting Yarn
100 gram ball of Grass Green
Needles 1 pair of 3 mm (UK10 US3) plus double ended needles in same size
A container or vase of your choice - 11 cm high by 9 cm square glass vase was used for this arrangement
Strong Floristry Wire or 5 m of 1 mm wire from the hardware store or garden centre
Floristry Putty or Plasticine
Small bag of decorative stones used to secure the roses in your containervase
