A friend of mine asked me to repair a broken chain on her adjustable necklace however it was silver plate and really needed a new chain, Due to the way it was constructed I couldn't do this. I suggested that I make up the necklace for her in sterling silver. She was delighted with the result. I have made a couple of these now each one is unique despite being the same design because they are handmade.

Full description
The star of this pendant is cut from 3 mm thick sterling silver sheet. I have attached a 10 mm ring to the top, a 36 inch (90 cm) chain is attached to this rings. The way in which the chain is attached means that it can be adjusted to create a shorter necklace. This is simply done by threading the toggle bar located half way round the chain through the 10 mm ring at the top of the star. This makes this simple elegant necklace extremely versatile and suitable for every occasion. The star measures approximately 16 mm x 16 mm and has a satin finish. This necklace will come in a gift box.
