Full description
This needle felted puffin has been made using woollen fibre and a barbed felting needle. A core of white wool is needled into shape and then covered in appropriate coloured merino wool fibres. The legs and feet are made over a wire armature to provide strength and stability.
The puffin is smaller than life-size measuring approximately 20cm (8") tall.
