Full description
Made using beautifully soft merino wool fibres, the main body of this scarf has been nuno felted using natural white fibres on a white silk chiffon base fabric. Included in Seconds Sunday as a clearance/end of line item. Along one side a border created from various shades of blue fibres has been added. The layout and manipulation of the border results in a slightly ruffled effect.
A striking scarf, designed to lie naturally around the neck but long enough to tie or pin at the neck for extra warmth if required. The scarf measures approximately 122cm x 15cm (48" x 6"). It will arrive wrapped in pretty floral tissue paper with a brief description of the nuno felting process and full washing instructions making it an ideal gift.
Nuno felting is a process in which the woollen fibres bind to the silk during felting.
A lovely scarf to compliment any outfit, smart or casual.
