This beautiful little pressed red rose inspired me to make a sterling silver pendant as a special gift. I love the way the rose seems to float when you wear it. An almost weightless piece of simple, classic, wearable nature.

Full description

Red rose pendant, Sterling silver jewellery, Pressed flower necklace

A beautiful red rose suspended in crystal clear, jewellery grade resin with little green fern leaf accents. This rectangle resin pendant is hung from a solid silver bail and a sterling silver chain. A thoughtful gift for Mum, Valentine's gift or for any loved one. Or even a lovely treat to yourself....

The transparency of the resin gives this pendant a look of weightlessness with the red rose floating in air....

Due to the chemical processes involved in creating resin jewellery and because of working with natural materials there may be small imperfections and tiny bubbles present in the jewellery. These pieces are made and finished entirely by hand and not mass produced in a factory, and hopefully this will enhance the individual and unique nature of these one of a kind pieces of jewellery.

How to care for your resin jewellery

Resin does not like immersion in water or chemicals such as perfume, cleaning products or make up. To keep your resin jewellery looking beautiful - clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight by storing it in your jewellery box or gift box when you're not wearing it. I recommend removing it before showering etc. As is the case with all jewellery, care should be taken when handling to avoid scratches or breakage.
