Full description
A beautiful shorter length scarf. Included in Seconds Sunday as a clearance/end of line item. White merino wool fibres have been nuno felted to a silk chiffon base and a blend of white merino wool and red silk fibres has been added to one edge to form a pretty border. The layout and manipulation of the border during felting has resulted in a slightly ruffled effect.
A striking scarf, designed to lie naturally around the neck but long enough to tie at the neck for extra warmth if required. The scarf measures approximately 116cm x 14cm (45.5" x 5.5"). It will arrive wrapped in pretty floral tissue paper with a brief description of the nuno felting process and full washing instructions making it an ideal gift.
Nuno felting is a process in which the woollen fibres bind to the silk during felting.
A lovely scarf to compliment any outfit, smart or casual.
