Handbound sketchbook with unfranked, vintage stamp from Costa Rica inlaid onto the cover.
This unique handbound book is approximately A6 (landscape) in size, making it the ideal size for sketching on the go.
The cover material has been made from repuropsed linen material with an unfranked, Cocao Pod stamp from Costa Rica (issued 1938) inlaid onto the cover. Inside contains 96 sides of cold pressed, 135 gsm, white, blank cartridge paper, with a slight tooth to the surface. The exposed spine has been bound using contrasting red linen thread, by the Coptic (or link stitch) method. This binding style allows the book to be laid flat during its use.
