I don't like to throw anything away and love how good quality clothing can easily be found at bootfairs and charity shops. I have given this light coloured denim jacket a new lease of life by adding a large image of one of my inspirations - William Morris. I have used a piece of Morris fabric - Willow (in shades of blue) as the background and machine embroidered the detail in a grey / blue thread.
Very original and individual.

Full description
Traditional denim jacket decorated on the reverse with the face of William Morris using appliqued fabric pieces and machine embroidery.
A large stylised image of William Morris's face is appliqued over a piece of light blue Morris designed fabric. This fills the back central panel of the jacket.
Cream fringed braiding has been added to the back shoulder seam. Nothing has been added to the face of the jacket.
The denim is heavy weight, stone washed and light coloured with white stitching.
All sizing labels have been removed but the jacket is a large (mens) size and the measurements are as follows - width (bust) - 42" (108cm), sleeve length - 68cm, jacket length - 64cm.
The jacket is photographed on a size 10 model worn oversized with the cuffs turned up. It could be worn as shown or fitted - as preferred.
