I came across some off cuts of some really nice pieces of Walnut and Holly, they were really small but deserved to be made into something nice. So I laminated them into a sheet to make a clock face. The colours are deep and rich like chocolate and the holly strip stands out brightly. The mineral oil finish seals the wood and brings out the colours without changing them. Would make a lovely addition to a kitchen, living room or office.
