Listening to stories and looking at books was a huge part of my childhood and Andy Pandy books remind me of holidays at my Grandmother's house. By turning this much loved old book into bunting I have given new life to some wondeful illustrations.

This is a length of bunting made from an entire vintage Andy Pandy book - Andy Pandy paints his house.
There are 16 whole page square flags measuring 12cm x 14cm hung 2cm apart giving a total length of 290cm (includes 30cm each end for tying).
The flags are edged in bright blue machine stitching giving strength and definition to the paper and this is matched with the blue cotton binding. The blue enhances the colours in the illustrations - clear and bright yellows, red/orange and green. In this bunting length the images all hang to the face and the story to the back.
A perfect gift for a vintage inspired bedroom or party, or a lover of traditional tales, books or illustration.
