I take my inspiration for each piece from the stone itself and very rarely plan a design, I just let the wire decide where it wants to go.

I have hand woven around this snowflake obsidian cabochon in solid copper wire to make this striking necklace which hangs from a copper chain with handmade clasp.
I have given it a patina to age the copper and highlight the detail in the weave, then hand polished it to a lovely antique copper finish.
The pendant measures approx 23 mm (7/8 inch) at it's widest point, 42 mm (1 5/8 inch) to the top of the bail and comes in a gift box.
Copper jewellery will continue to darken over time but any excess tarnishing can be gently removed with a jewellery polishing cloth.
UK orders under £20 are sent 1st class, those over £20 are sent 1st class signed for.
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
