I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
More and more, I feel uncomfortable with the waste we create with shiny gift wrap and bags. This can be reused over and over again. (Or saved by the recipient and used for storing bits and bobs)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This little gift bag features an appliquéd red heart and ribbon with the words "With Love." Attached is a natural tag, made by recycled card packaging.
Measuring 11cm x 15cm (4 1/4 inches by 6 inches), the main body of the bag is lined with calico and has two co-ordinating handles.
The deep red ticking style cotton fabric that this is made of, gives the bag a vintage feel. It would be great to use to present a Valentine's Gift.
