Full description
This is a hand printed linocut of a Maidenhair fern. It has been printed using Caligo printing inks onto Botanical Ultra Smooth printing paper.
Each fern has been drawn by hand and then carefully carved out of lino. Because each fern has been separately printed by hand each print will have a slight variation.
The print is then hand-pulled making each one original and unique and finished with a hand torn deckled edge.
Size of print is approx 10x10.5 cms
Size of paper is approx 20x20 cms
The print shown is in a mount with an opening 12x12 cms
Print comes unmounted and will be packaged and protected in a cellophane sleeve with backing board in a rigid envelope.
