I purchased some silk and dyes to use in my felting projects and while sampling some ideas got hooked on silk dying so had to make some scarves.

Full description
A floaty, lightweight silk scarf that has been hand dyed using brown, orange and red colours. The scarf has been folded and dyed in such a way that the colours appear in bands across the scarf.
The resulting scarf measures approximately 170cm x 44 cm ( 67" x 17"). It drapes beautifully, has a lovely surface sheen and is long enough to wrap around the neck or tie in many ways. It is also large enough to be worn around the shoulders as a shawl or wrap. A fabulous addition to any outfit.
The scarf will arrive wrapped in floral tissue paper making it an ideal gift.
Hand wash only.
