I love trees and particularly enjoy drawing these swirly patterns.
I like working with slate as i feel it makes the colours more vibrant and zingy.

Full description
A black slate coaster decorated with a swirly tree of life, using orange/red, red and pink paint.
Each coaster is a one off; drawn freehand, meaning that there will not be an identical item thus making it absolutely unique.
The coaster measures 10cm x 10cm and has protective bumper pads underneath to protect your table or worktop.
Whilst this item has been varnished and therefore waterproof I would strongly recommend that the coaster is not submerged in water. Instead it's recommended that it is cleaned gently using a damp cloth, without the use of harsh chemicals.
This coaster, being made of slate, has rough edges; please see photo.
