This meditation bench is made by hand and has a lotus flower design burnt on to it by hand. I have used one of these stools for many years and love how when I unfold it, it signifies the start of blissful moments in silence. It is made from pine wood with brass fittings.
The legs fold for easy storage or transportation.

I can personalise the bench with the initials of your choice, please let me know in the notes when you order what initials you require.

The seat is angled forward so that it lowers the front of your pelvis, making your posture not only correct for meditating but also to ensure no strain is put on your spine.

Please not that as each one is hand made and hand decorated by me so, there will be varying patterns and no two stools are the same. Every one is unique.

Size: the seat is 43cm wide x 13cm deep. (17.5 inch x 5 inch) gap between the legs is 30cm wide x 13cm high (12inch x 5.25 inch) it also weighs a bonkersly light 1.3 kg

The pine is finished with linseed oil. You can also find in my store natural, cotton, calico bags to keep your bench safe in transit or in storage between meditations

I have a meditation bench that I have used for over 20 years and it has become a true friend to my meditation practice. I have been making these benches of a couple of years now and never tire of working on them.

My first and possibly my favourite design was the mandala.

Each bench I make takes me into a deep mindfulness and peace and, I hope it enables the buyer to gain a peaceful place in their lives.
