An apple a day? Apples are so quintessentially British for me. I love seeing green trees dotted with plump red apples. I also go foraging in the autumn, and make my own jams and chutneys using apples and other woodland fruits. It made sense to recreate one of my favourite fruits in the beauty of stained glass.
