Full description
This small green leather notebook has been created using traditional bookbinding methods. I have left the spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature. Rather than use linen tape I have incorporated assorted ribbons bound with my hand dyed linen thread.
Please note that the leather is recycled and therefore may have a few marks and flaws.
Each book contains 110 pages: 10 signatures, or 55 folios (folded pages), of assorted recycled or scavenged papers and 5 handmade assorted envelopes.
The book is secured with elastic, attached to the book cover with a vintage laundry button.
Measurements: height 10.5 cm, width 8 cm and depth 2.5 cm ( 4 1/8" x 3" x 7/8")
