I always love making these corrugated pieces. There is something very organic about them. The fact that they start life as something as mundane as corrugated cardboard, and finish up as a beautiful unique piece of jewellery.

This one is quite different to the others I have made in the past, as for them I used a smooth silver paste. For this one I used a rough silver paste. (A little like the difference between smooth and crunchy peanut butter!) Using the self made rough paste gives a different dynamic to the piece. Not only a natural texture, but one that catches the light and sparkles in a completely different way to a smooth piece.

Due to the final polish of this item, and due to the small holes where the corrugation is, some of the tiny shot pieces entered the pendant Whilst I was able to retrieve the majority, a couple remain. If shaken you can hear a little rattle.....but only if you shake it!
