I'm a big fan of himalayan salt, I have a salt lamp myself which is by my bedside.
I'm a strong believer there are many benefits from having himalayan salt in your homes and the health benefits himalayan salt has.
The benefits of these hearts and how you can use them-
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds and massage over aching muscles and joints
Great for treating minor skin complaints
Help soothe insect bites
Why not use under arms as an effective deodorant
Wrap in a soft cloth or straight onto skin and massage over skin whilst bathing or showering
Place in a warm bath for 20 mins – they will last for 2/3 baths
