Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Make your own Christmas gift this year with this DIY kit.
I have put together this craft kit for Christmas. It will make a great gift for anyone who loves sea glass and craft or you can make your own gift from its contents to show off your creativity! Everything is supplied in the kit to make a picture and card, all you need to add is glue (kids glue will do just fine) and your imagination.
Included in the kit:
- Blue paper gift bag
- Natural wood frame 12 x 12 cm (just over 4 inches square)
- Cream tri-fold card (with aperture) and envelope 13 x 13 cm (just under 5 inches)
- 20 pieces of sea glass (16 white/blue, 3 green and 1 small orange/amber)
- 2 small beach pebbles
- 2 pieces of card for the picture
- Double sided tape for the card

There is no limit to imagination. I have shown a couple of photos of what is possible to make with this kit. The sea glass may be slightly difference in size and shape but will be of the same good quality. This gift will be certain to delight any beach lover!
