These padded patchwork hearts will add colour and sparkle when hung on the tree or around the home this festive season. All my crafts are one-off items designed and handmade by me at home so each item is exclusive. The three hearts in the picture are the ones you will receive, the ones hanging on the tree show how they can be displayed.
